Just Mortgages invites you to join the JM academy as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser trainee. The programme provides extensive on‑the‑job training, coaching and a pathway to a rewarding career in financial services.
You must hold CeMAP 1 to be considered. The role offers a £22,000 base salary, realistic OTE £35,000–£40,000, a £3,000 car allowance and £500 monthly training support for six months, plus a fully uncapped commission scheme.
