About you

• Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or similar)
• Proven experience in financial reporting, controls, and team management
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day transactional finance functions across the business
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and credit control processes
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
• Enhance financial controls and streamline processes
• Support strategic decision-making using Sage Intacct and Power BI insights
• Coordinate external audits and ensure tax compliance
• Lead and develop a small finance team within a growth-focused environment
