About you- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification management experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience leading and managing accounting teams
- Knowledge of Netsuite and Sage Payroll systems
- Excellent communicator able to convey complex financial information clearly
- Assist senior management in providing strategic financial oversight over multiple business areas
- Oversee payroll processing and reporting for the group
- Lead the preparation of management accounts and revenue reports
- Manage the accounts team, ensuring system integrity and financial controls
- Support year-end account preparation and audit processes
- Reconcile ledger accounts, including bank, assets, and liabilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements such as PAYE and VAT
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, supporting procurement activities
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and internal controls
