The Role Provide senior-level administrative support to financial advisers and clients Manage end-to-end administration across pensions, investments, protection and financial planning services Prepare and process client documentation accurately and efficiently Liaise with clients, providers, platforms and other stakeholders Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met Support the preparation of client reviews, reports and adviser meetings Process applications, valuations, policy updates and client requests Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales

* Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

The Person Previous experience within financial services administration is essential Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection or wealth management processes Experience supporting financial advisers or working within an IFA environment desirable Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and financial services systems Professional, proactive and committed approach to delivering excellent service The Reward Salary £33,000-£35,000 Excellent bonus and benefits package Hybrid working available East Belfast location with parking provided Opportunity to join a growing financial services organisation
