About you:

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Extensive senior finance experience, ideally within regulated multi-site environments
• Proven track record in management and board reporting, financial control, and strategic planning
• Strong skills in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial risk assessment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
• Trustworthy, pragmatic, and commercially savvy with a collaborative approach

What you'll do:

• Guide the organisation's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives
• Lead financial reporting, governance, and internal controls across the group
• Manage cashflow, banking relationships, and funding strategies
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support operational decisions
• Lead or support strategic projects including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing
• Initiate and oversee technological improvements within finance and operations
• Provide financial insights to operational teams to enhance decision-making and efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team to excel in a dynamic environment
