  • Monthly reporting, variance analysis & commentary, outlooks, journals, etc.
  • Streamline monthly processes by finding efficiency gains through easier ways of doing things or automation

How you’ll be doing it
  • Use all relevant systems and applications competently to obtain the required outputs of the role (e.g. One Stream, Workday, GSuite, Microsoft Office)
  • Own and maintain reporting, outlook, and journal files (usually workbooks in Google Sheets)
  • Investigate new technologies and tools into your work streams to drive process improvements
  • Develop relationships in the business and leverage business knowledge to reflect business changes in our financial numbers
  • Identify and focus on the key risks and opportunities of the business (in particular in your areas)

  • The skills to confidently and accurately talk about your business areas and answer questions / solve problems
  • A proactive team player who looks beyond their immediate remit to spot gaps, pitch in, and support colleagues within the Finance team and across the wider business

  • Continuous improvement and change-agility mindset, with a desire (or interest) to investigate new technologies and tools to achieve this
  • Studying towards an Accounting qualification is a plus but not a requirement
