Management Accountant

Your new company Our client, a successful and rapidly growing organisation, is seeking to appoint a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities while supporting operational stakeholders across a dynamic, multi-site business. Your new role Preparation of monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines Analysis and interpretation of financial performance, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities Monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies Assisting with year-end audit requirements Production of KPI reports and financial analysis to support decision-making Business partnering with operational managers across the organisation Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive and commercially focused approach What you'll get in return Competitive salary Hybrid working arrangement Enhanced benefits package Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative working environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
