Hays are delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established accountancy practice in Belfast, who are seeking a VAT Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the VAT compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Review client VAT deliverables
• Advise clients on personal tax matters
• Oversee a small VAT tax team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Build relationships and rapport with new and existing clients
• Ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or CTA
• Extensive VAT tax experience
• Managerial/ director experience
