Just Mortgages Academy offers a clear path to becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with extensive on-the-job training and coaching from our Learning & Development Team to help you reach your full potential.
To be considered, you must hold CeMAP 1, have a passion to succeed in financial services, and provide excellent customer service. The package includes £22,000 base, realistic £35,000–£40,000 OTE, £3,000 car allowance and £500 monthly training support for six months.
