London Salary Guide: £45,000  Study  Benefits  Our client, a high growth PE-backed global technology business, is looking for a bright FP&A Analyst to join their London team. Reporting to the Global Head of FP&A, you will support business growth as part of a broad and varied role. The successful candidate will be actively studying towards an accounting qualification, have strong modelling and stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Description The responsibilities of the Group FP&A Analyst role include, but are not limited to:
Prepare material for monthly board reports and KPIs. Support the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting and planning for the Group. Produce and maintain accurate management information, highlighting any risks and challenging results. Drive process improvement and engage with the wider team to add value. Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve data quality ld strong working relationships with various stakeholders to translate financial data into meaningful information.

Lead monthly variance analysis and work to find improvements across the cost base. Analyse complex financial reports and data to provide recommendations. Skills The skills of the Group FP&A Analyst include, but are not limited to:
Part-qualified accountant who is actively studying towards qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Previous experience within SaaS or technology would be advantageous. Strong Excel skills with previous experience modelling. Prior experience working with large and complex data sets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
