Our client may also consider appointing more than one candidate due to the continued growth of its Belfast operation. The role Working alongside Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners and experienced support professionals, you will provide first-class administration and help ensure clients receive an efficient, accurate and highly professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wealth-management team. Supporting the new business and client-onboarding processes. Preparing and processing client applications. Maintaining accurate information across CRM and internal systems. Processing instructions relating to investments, ISAs and other financial products. Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties. Monitoring outstanding documentation and progressing applications. Supporting client reviews and preparing relevant documentation. Following all internal compliance and regulatory procedures.
Learning new systems and contributing ideas for process improvements. The person This role would be particularly well suited to someone with experience in IFA administration, wealth management, banking, investments or another financial-services environment. Our client is also open to speaking with ambitious graduates or candidates with good financial knowledge and strong transferable administrative experience. You should be able to demonstrate:
Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and communication skills. A professional and client-focused manner. Confidence working with systems and detailed information. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning. The ability to manage priorities and work as part of a team. A genuine interest in building a career within wealth management. The business is focused on finding the right personality and skill set.
While previous financial-services experience would be beneficial, enthusiasm, professionalism and the ability to learn are equally important. The package 25 days' annual leave. Four days per week in the Belfast office. Nine-month initial contract with potential to become permanent. Opportunity to join a prestigious international wealth-management business.
