Working as part of the senior management team and reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage a small finance team while taking responsibility for both day-to-day financial operations and senior-level reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager seeking a senior role with genuine flexibility around working hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing a small finance team Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial reports Cashflow management and forecasting VAT, PAYE, pensions and statutory payments Managing the year-end accounting process Driving continuous improvement of finance processes Providing commercial financial insight to senior management Requirements:
