Caprae Capital Partners is seeking motivated students for the Buyside Internship, a high-intensity training ground for future deal makers in private equity and M&A. Interns engage in live conversations, learn valuation logic, and support real deals, moving from outbound calls to understanding earnouts and deal structures.

You'll work with the deal and research teams, develop structured call notes, and observe transaction pacing and the psychological arc of a negotiation.
