Finance Manager MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with The Galgorm Collection, one of Ireland's leading luxury hospitality brands, as they look to appoint a Finance Manager to join their growing finance function in Ballymena. As the Group continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a driven and commercially minded Finance Manager who is ready to take ownership of a key finance function and play an important role within the wider business. The Role Reporting into the Group Finance function, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the finance function for a key hospitality business within the Group, acting as a key finance partner to senior operational stakeholders. The role will be responsible for:
Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts;
Preparation and presentation of monthly reporting packs;
Weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring;
Weekly KPI and revenue reporting;
Preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts;
Providing commercial insight and analysis to support business decisions;
Business partnering with key operational and senior stakeholders;
Supporting and driving improvements across financial processes and controls;
Providing financial guidance and support to the wider business;

The Person The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent;
Previous experience within a commercial finance or management accounting environment;
Strong experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis;
Strong commercial and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with non-finance stakeholders;
Strong IT and Excel skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; A proactive, commercially focused approach with the ambition to develop their career further.
