What we offer We offer a competitive salary and 32 days' leave each year, comprising 22 days' annual leave and 10 paid bank holidays. Bank holiday working is not compulsory. What you'll do As an AML/KYC Analyst, you'll help safeguard personal, business, corporate and commercial customers by completing risk-based reviews and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer information.

You'll:
Complete customer due diligence and, where required, enhanced due diligence reviews. Review customer profiles, account activity and supporting information to identify financial crime risk. Assess low-, medium- and high-risk cases, including event-driven and periodic reviews. Contact customers and work with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify information. Apply relevant policies and procedures, document clear risk-based decisions and escalate concerns appropriately.

Identify and report unusual or suspicious activity in line with internal processes. Manage your workload accurately and efficiently, meeting agreed quality and service standards. Your Skills You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
Essential criteria

Experience of delivering good customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to handle sensitive conversations professionally. The ability to interpret information, make evidence-based decisions and explain your rationale. Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. How we work This is a hybrid role. During training, you'll spend more time in the office so that you have the support you need.

Once you are fully trained, the role is expected to include at least three office-based days each week, with flexibility for the remaining days, subject to business needs. Ready to apply?
