Your new role As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the finance team Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and ensuring statutory compliance Managing CIS administration and HMRC submissions Overseeing bank reconciliations and cash management activities Managing supplier rebate calculations and claims Supporting financial controls, reporting, and process improvements Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Supporting wider business administration activities and operational projects Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and controls What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a finance supervisory or management position and possess strong technical accounting will demonstrate:
