To support the Director of Investment and Regulatory Affairs with regards to ensuring that Praxis Trust (BVI) Limited remains compliant with all BVI regulatory obligations.

Tasks to include but not limited to:

• Maintain and update an efficient monitoring process for client portfolios and investments
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies between Trustee's/Director's wishes and portfolio investments
• Identify high risk holdings and ensure they are appropriately managed
• Liaise with the relevant portfolio manager to ensure they are appropriately managed
• Assist with the design of a process to review and compare investment managers
• Identify suitable investment manager options for client portfolios
• Support the Technological Remedial Project
• Liaise with the BVI Financial Services and other competent bodies in relation to the submission and filing of regulatory matters (including ES, CRS and FATCA) for clients and in-house entities
• Ensure all regulatory deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Ensure clients are advised of all regulatory timelines
• Maintain appropriate records of all classifications and submissions made
• Stay up to date with changes in legislative and professional standards that impact our regulatory obligations
• Liaise with respective departments regarding accounting and taxation issues
• Liaise with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing
• Assist more junior staff with queries/problems
• Manage the Regulatory team

• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• A relevant professional qualification

• Comprehensive Knowledge of the governing legislations
• Comprehensive knowledge of new ES platform on VIRRGIN
• Proven track record in handling complex matters
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Sound judgement
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound Knowledge of compliance issues and regulatory framework within which Praxis BVI operates
