The Company: A leading professional services firm with close to 3,000 staff across Ireland and internationally, providing a broad range of services including Audit, Accounts, Corporate Finance, Forensics, Tax, Payroll and Advisory.

Job Duties of the Deal Advisory Assistant Manager include:
Support financial due diligence work for corporate, private equity and lender clients Analyse earnings, working capital, cash flow and net debt Identify key deal risks, issues and value drivers Help prepare due diligence reports and client presentations Work closely with Managers and Directors on live transactions Build relationships with clients and management teams Manage multiple assignments and get involved in business development and team development What you need to be the Successful Deal Advisory Assistant Manager: ACA / ACCA / CFA qualified or equivalent Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience preferred Strong numerical, analytical and report-writing skills Comfortable managing multiple assignments and tight deadlines Strong client-facing and communication skills Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in deals and advisory Corporate, private equity or lender transaction experience desirable To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Brad Dempster, Specialist Recruitment Consultant at MCS group on or Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
