MCS are recruiting for an leading Investment Management company as they look to add a manager to their Belfast office. The Role:

As the successful Investment Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of EIS and SEIS funds Overseeing investor onboarding, including KYC/AML checks and investor categorisation Drafting and reviewing Information Memoranda and other investor documentation Supporting compliance monitoring and record-keeping in line with FCA requirements, including COBS and AIFM rules Liaising with fund managers and Appointed Representatives on deal flow, reporting and investor queries

The Person :
As the successful Investment Manager you meet the following criteria:
