About the role

As Treasury Manager, you'll oversee treasury operations across the Group, ensuring effective cash management, banking governance, debt facility administration and treasury controls while supporting strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing cash flow forecasting and providing clear insights into liquidity across the Group.
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day treasury activities, including cash positioning, funding requirements and banking operations.
  • Managing banking relationships, account administration, mandates and signatory controls.
  • Supporting the oversight of client money and Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Administering debt facilities, lender reporting, covenant monitoring and treasury governance frameworks.
  • Supporting acquisitions, treasury integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
Who we’re looking for

You’ll bring strong treasury expertise alongside a commercial mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across finance and the wider business. Based on Treasury manager Job spec.

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or ACT qualified (AMCT/MCT).
  • Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury operations.
  • Experience with in financial services, insurance broking or another regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of debt facilities, covenant reporting and lender relationship management.
  • Knowledge of treasury controls, payment processes and fraud prevention measures.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with experience improving processes within a fast‑moving business environment.
