This opportunity would suit an experienced Financial Services Administrator or a finance graduate looking to develop their knowledge within a professional private-client environment. With continued growth across the Belfast operation, there may be opportunities for more than one appointment. Your responsibilities Working closely with Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners and the wider support team, you will:
Coordinate daily administration and respond to requests from colleagues and clients. Help progress new business from initial paperwork through to application processing. Support client onboarding by gathering, checking and recording required documentation. Prepare applications and update client information across the CRM and internal platforms. Process client instructions involving investments, ISAs and other financial products. Follow up on missing information and outstanding paperwork to minimise delays.
Communicate with clients, internal teams and external contacts to resolve queries. Compile documentation for client reviews and maintain accurate records. Complete tasks in line with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. Build your understanding of the organisation's systems and suggest improvements to administrative processes. What you'll bring You may already have experience within an IFA practice, bank, investment firm or wealth management business.
Applications are also welcomed from graduates and candidates who combine financial knowledge with transferable administrative skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate: A methodical approach and strong attention to detail. The ability to organise a varied workload and meet deadlines. Clear communication skills and a professional approach to client contact. Confidence handling detailed information and using computer systems. A willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships. A genuine interest in financial services and wealth management. Our client places considerable emphasis on attitude and team fit. Relevant experience is valuable, alongside enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to learn. What's on offer An initial nine-month contract with genuine potential to become permanent. 25 days' annual leave. A working pattern with four days per week in the Belfast office.
Experience with in a respected international wealth management organisation. Close collaboration with experienced Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners. The opportunity to develop your understanding of investments, private-client services and wealth planning.
