MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance function in a commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior operational leaders and gaining exposure to a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities.
The Rewards:As the successful Financial Analyst, you will receive:
- £50,000-£60,000 base salary + extensive benefits;
- Annual bonus (10%);
- Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based);

As the successful Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for:
- Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning cycles;
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand spending trends and business activity;
- Supporting R&D financial analysis and R&D spend reporting;
- Continuous improvement of financial controls & processes;
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis;

The successful Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience;
- Strong IT and Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
