Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business with deep expertise in a broad range of specialisms spanning deals, advisory and restructuring capabilities.

We deliver tangible results for global businesses, their investors, and stakeholders when complex problems arise, and critical decisions need to be made. Interpath is agile, independent, and conflict-free, and our passion for doing what's right, every time, sets us apart.

Our diverse teams provide specialist technical knowledge combined with deep sector experience across our service line specialisms. Since our foundation in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, and we now have a presence across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and South Africa. By 2030 we aim to be one of the world's leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.

Our newly established, rapidly growing Transaction Services team in Ireland is looking for ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Managers to join our expanding team in either Dublin or Belfast.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth advisory firm and play a key role in building our Transaction Services offering in Ireland. You will work alongside experienced Transaction Services leaders, gain exposure to a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, and collaborate closely with Interpath's global Transaction Services network on cross-border engagements.

The role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Services, Audit, Corporate Finance or a related advisory environment. Whilst previous FDD experience is advantageous, we are equally keen to hear from high-performing audit professionals looking to transition into a deals-focused environment and develop their transaction advisory skillset. You will gain hands-on experience, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing and entrepreneurial Transaction Services team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of Transaction Services engagements, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments.
  • Review and analyse financial information to identify key trends, performance drivers, potential risks and areas of value creation.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and supporting analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, management teams and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights that support investment decisions.
  • Take ownership of assigned work streams, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and Interpath’s wider international Deals network.
  • Contribute to business development activity, including market research, proposals and internal initiatives.
  • Continue to develop your technical knowledge and stay up to date with transaction trends and market activity.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), or due to qualify in 2026, with relevant experience gained within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or a similar advisory environment.
  • Experience in Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory is beneficial, although not essential.
