The Work
You will help train AI systems by reviewing UK household finance workflows and judging whether AI-generated financial guidance is accurate, relevant, and reliable. The work combines document review, written explanations, and rubric-based evaluation.
You will review redacted transactions, budgets, account organization workflows, and financial documents connected securely to UK bank accounts. You will also help improve the rubrics and grading criteria used to evaluate personal finance outputs.
- Review advice about ISAs, pensions, SIPPs, mortgages, savings, and HMRC Self Assessment.
- Assess AI-generated financial advice against defined standards and provide clear, useful feedback.
- Explain how UK consumers and advisers handle account types, filing deadlines, and financial decisions.
- Verify financial documentation and track relevant changes to UK tax, pension, and savings legislation.
This is a remote, part-time contractor role for professionals living in the United Kingdom. You should be comfortable explaining complex financial topics in clear written English.
- Pay: $90-$110 USD per hour.

English. - Experience:
At least four years of hands-on experience with UK household personal finance, including ISAs, pensions or SIPPs, mortgages, and Self Assessment. - Professional background:
Banking, wealth management, financial advising or planning, accountancy, tax planning, or running an advisory or tax practice. - Education:
Degree-level education or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. - Accounts:
Active UK-based personal or business bank accounts. - Helpful credentials: CFP, DipPFS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, or ATT. CFA or CTP credentials are additional advantages.
- Helpful experience:
Rubric-based evaluation or review of AI model outputs. Previous AI experience is not required.
AI training work is the human review behind systems that give advice, answer questions, and make decisions. People with real subject knowledge assess examples and model responses so AI systems can become more accurate and useful.
