• Management Accounts:
  Full production of monthly management accounts with commercial analysis.
• Strategic Support:
  Working with Directors to provide insights for business growth and decision-making.
• Process Improvement:
  Evaluating and improving financial systems and internal controls.
• Financial Planning:
  Managing the annual budget and maintaining regular cash flow forecasts.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Contributing to a high-performing team and supporting the wider business function.

• Experience:
  
  Significant experience as a Management Accountant within an SME setting.
• Skills:
  
  Strong ability to improve systems and processes; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Communication:
  Capable of communicating financial performance clearly to the Board of Directors.

• Qualification:
  
  ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified or Finalist. We will consider candidates who are ‘Qualified by Experience’ if they have relevant experience.,
