• Experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  Sage 200 is a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude

• Manage sales and purchase ledgers
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and handle inter-company journals
• Assist with credit control activities, including payments and account reconciliations
• Process petty cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Respond to supplier and customer queries
• Support year-end processes and liaise with auditors
• Carry out general administrative duties in support of the finance team
