POSITION SUMMARY This fixed-term position will provide additional Revenue Management Support (RMS) capacity during the Power of M transition. The role will manage the day-to-day revenue management requirements of a flexible portfolio of hotels, enabling the hotels’ dedicated Revenue Managers to focus on Power of M deployment activities while maintaining continuity of core RMS service delivery and commercial support. SCOPE Responsible for delivering agreed business-as-usual revenue management activities across a flexible and changing portfolio of RMS-supported hotels.
Portfolio assignments will align with Power of M deployment requirements and may change as hotels enter or complete transition activity. The role will maintain pricing, forecasting, inventory strategy, performance review and hotel communication in line with agreed Core Deliverables, helping protect revenue and profit while the dedicated Revenue Manager concentrates on Power of M tasks. Provides BAU revenue management coverage that supports the wider RMS team through the Power of M transition.
