The successful candidate will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong progression opportunities and exposure to a diverse portfolio of corporate finance work.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, client-facing corporate finance role offering exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Business disposals and acquisitions

  • Financial modelling and analysis

You will play a key role in managing live transactions, advising clients through complex commercial decisions, and building long-term relationships with business owners, advisers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and project manage corporate finance transactions from initiation through to completion
  • Deliver high-quality advisory support across M&A, disposals, fundraising and valuation assignments
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, proposals and client deliverables
  • Support and review financial modelling and transaction analysis
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout live deal processes
  • Build strong relationships with lawyers, funders, investors and other advisers
  • Support junior team members through mentoring and coaching
  • Contribute to networking and business development initiatives across the Northern Ireland market
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider corporate finance function
About You

We are keen to speak with ambitious corporate finance professionals who enjoy working in a deal-driven environment and want broader exposure across the full transaction spectrum.

You will ideally have:

  • A recognised accountancy or finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CAI, CFA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within corporate finance, transaction services, M&A or deal advisory
  • Exposure to end-to-end transaction execution
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling capability
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • The confidence to present to clients and manage stakeholder relationships directly
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • An interest in networking and developing long-term business relationships
Why Apply?
  • Exposure to a strong pipeline of live transactions
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and decision-makers
  • Broad, generalist corporate finance experience rather than siloed work
  • Clear progression pathway with genuine career development opportunities
  • Supportive, close-knit and high-performing team culture
  • Growing advisory platform with strong market presence
