Processing high-volume sales and purchase invoices Managing credit control, customer payments and credit checks Resolving queries and maintaining strong customer relationships Handling bank, credit card and ledger reconciliations Supporting month-end processes, reporting and Excel analysis Managing finance portals and general accounts administration What were looking for:

Experience with accounts software, ideally Sage 200 Knowledge of CAFM software and Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines A proactive, problem-solving mindset Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team
