Sussex Council is seeking an experienced Tenancy Relations Officer to join the Private Sector Housing service on an initial 3-month contract.
You will investigate tenancy issues such as unlawful evictions, landlord harassment and conduct mediations, gathering evidence and preparing case files for enforcement actions.
HHSRS qualification and a strong Private Sector Housing background with housing enforcement experience are essential; role onsite 2 days weekly with a September start.
