Rejoiner - Constable

Competency and value framework (CVF) level 1

Police Scotland have exciting new opportunities for Constables wanting to rejoin Police Scotland and recommence their service. We have vacancies across Scotland.

These vacancies are for former police officers who have previously served with Police Scotland.

They are not open to police officers looking to rejoin the police service from any other police force.

You must have successfully completed your probationary period and satisfy previous service and background checks.

These vacancies give officers the opportunity to rejoin and continue their career in demanding response or national policing roles in Scotland.

We are particularly interested in officers wishing to rejoin and serve in rural and island communities.

As part of the application form you will be asked to select your preference and although we will consider your preference and skill set we will also consider organisational demand and resource requirements with applications being considered on a case by case basis.

Please note exact postings cannot be confirmed until you have successfully completed the initial stages of the selection process
