Body Spa is a prestigious spa located within the Crowne Plaza Belfast, offering relaxation and rejuvenation to hotel guests and the public. We partner with TEMPLESPA to deliver award‑winning treatments and skincare products.

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional wellness treatments, provide personalized consultations, maintain a clean spa environment, record accurate client information, sell TEMPLESPA products, and promote spa packages.

• Deliver a wide range of high‑quality treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and specialist spa services using appropriate techniques and premium TEMPLESPA products.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s individual needs, concerns, and medical considerations, and offer expert advice on suitable treatments and aftercare.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming spa environment, ensuring all treatment areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Record accurate client information and treatment notes, including recommendations for future care and home routines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with guests, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
• Promote TEMPLESPA products, spa packages, and memberships, offering tailored recommendations to help clients maintain wellness between visits and contribute to revenue growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning, professional development, and training opportunities provided by Body Spa and TEMPLESPA.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless spa operations and support each other in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Recognised qualification in spa/beauty therapy: NVQ Level 3, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or an equivalent in beauty and massage therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, ideally within a hotel spa or destination spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa and beauty treatments, techniques, and professional‑grade products.
• Sound understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin care principles.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills – both with clients and within a team setting.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage back‑to‑back appointments calmly and efficiently.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering consistently high‑quality treatments.
