Vermilion Cosmetic Clinic is a luxury, medically led private clinic based in South Belfast, BT8.

Led by Registered Nurse Prescriber Donnamarie, we specialise in advanced skin health and aesthetic medicine, offering a bespoke and evidence-based approach to every patient.

We are a close-knit, ambitious team and are now looking for an experienced Skin Expert to grow with us.

You will work in a beautiful, purpose-designed clinic with luxury interiors, free on-site parking and excellent transport links.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Skin Expert for approximately 16 hours per week.

This role would suit someone who is genuinely passionate about skin, enjoys building long-term patient relationships and wants to develop their knowledge within a progressive clinical environment.

You will deliver advanced, results-driven treatments including:

• Environ Prescriptive Facials

• Hydra Facial

• IMAGE MD Peels

• Microneedling

• PRP

• Bespoke skin treatment programmes

You will also guide patients through their complete skin journey, from consultation and treatment planning to homecare recommendations, ongoing reviews and long-term results.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional standard of patient care

• Carry out thorough skin consultations and personalised treatment plans

• Perform advanced facial and skin treatments safely and confidently

• Educate patients on skincare, treatment preparation and aftercare

• Recommend suitable homecare and ongoing treatment programmes

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients

• Maintain accurate clinical records

• Follow infection prevention, GDPR and confidentiality protocols

• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standard

• Keep up to date with new products, treatments and industry developments

• Contribute positively to the continued growth of the clinic

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent

• A minimum of two years experience within a skin, aesthetic or clinical environment

• Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and homecare

• Excellent communication, consultation and customer-care skills

• Confidence recommending products and treatment programmes

• Strong organisation, administration and record-keeping skills

• A professional, warm and patient-focused approach

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Environ

• Experience with Hydra Facial

• Experience with microneedling

• Experience with PRP

• Experience with IMAGE MD Peels
