A leading care organization in Belfast is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to help manage the Home daily. Responsibilities include designing care programmes, assisting residents with personal care, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate has NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, at least 2 years’ experience in care, and is willing to achieve competency in medication administration. This position offers flexible hours with a salary of £13.80 - £14.00 per hour, plus a £1000 welcome bonus.
