To deliver person-centred care and support to residents within Nazareth House Care Village.
The Healthcare Assistant will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and general well-being in line with each individual’s care plan. The role plays a key part in maintaining the comfort, safety, and dignity of residents, while working collaboratively with the wider care team.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines.
- Follow care plans, document changes, and support medication if trained.
- Promote independence, communicate clearly, work as a team, and uphold health, safety, hygiene standards.
- Completion of or willingness to complete NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic IT literacy for documentation purposes.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
