  • Foot & Ankle portfolio:
    Prophecy planning software and Infinity Total Ankle MIS to ensure successful surgical outcomes.
  • Upper Extremities portfolio:
    Blueprint planning software, Tornier shoulder solutions (Perform Humeral, Perform Reverse and Flex), and Latitude EV elbow for successful surgical outcomes.

You will provide clinical product support to all end users, offer on‑site guidance during surgical procedures, resolve technical product and service issues, and provide training, ongoing in‑services and customer education to assigned accounts.

The mission is to grow Stryker's Trauma & Extremities business by promoting clinical products to orthopaedic surgeons and optimizing customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Always demonstrate outstanding ethics, treat customers and employees with respect, and represent the company in the best possible light.
  • Communicate essential benefits of products and their clinical applications.
  • Act with integrity and deliver on commitments within required timescales.
  • Develop rapport, understand the importance of relationships in selling, use open questioning techniques to ascertain customer needs, and have good working knowledge of key brands to open opportunities for the sales team.
  • Use customer troubleshooting opportunities to grow and protect the business.
  • Identify multiple stakeholders in the decision‑making process and ask appropriate questions.
  • Achieve sales results in line with the annual sales target and KPI metrics.
  • Serve as front‑line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during and after surgical procedures.
  • Complete 101 and 201 training and develop an understanding of all basic manual procedures.
  • Competently cover complex primary and revision procedures.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a clinical role within a theatre environment.
  • Tech savvy and minded.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and analytical and planning skills.
  • Flexible approach to work to adapt to changes.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Computer skills, MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel and occasional weekend work.
  • Positive attitude, a "can do" solution‑oriented approach.
  • Goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High ethics & integrity.
  • An interest in anatomy and physiology.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence.
