Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmacy chain in Northern Ireland who are seeking two Pharmacist Managers to join their team in two of their Belfast stores. (BT12 and BT36) You’ll lead a dedicated team and make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of your local community and ensure the effective and efficient operation of the pharmacy to maximise dispensing and services, OTC sales and profitability.

A competitive salary of £38,000 to £58,000 DOE, along with a discount for store items, pension and a large range of benefits. * A qualified Pharmacist, proudly registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, ready to make a meaningful impact in patient care.
* Someone with leadership experience who enjoys guiding and inspiring a team to achieve high standards together.
* A professional who has completed the relevant NICPLD/HSCB courses required for service delivery (e.g. PMR), showing commitment to continuous learning and development. Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager
* Dispense prescription medicines with confidence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations and contractual requirements.
* Lead and support the pharmacy team, supervising technicians and managing day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly.
* Make a direct impact on patient health by advising the public on minor ailments, offering guidance, and conducting medicine reviews.
* Use your clinical expertise to review GP orders, spot potential errors, and prepare medications through accurate compounding, packaging, and labelling.
