As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred support in residential, supported living, and community settings
• Work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance misuse, and housing instability
• Promote independence, resilience, and recovery
• Support with daily living skills, appointments, and wellbeing plans
• Build trusting, professional relationships that truly make an impact

• 6 Months Paid Experience in mental health, addiction, homelessness, or social care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
