Health & Safety Manager

This role provides leadership to continuously develop and improve H&S strategy and management programmes. The Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager will embed and maintain a culture of safety and well-being across our business.

Integral to this position is the ability to drive H&S behavioural culture, ensuring the engagement and commitment of all internal and external stakeholders. The HSE Manager will contribute towards strategic planning in relation to health, safety and be responsible for effective and efficient management and operation of health and safety policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with recent and relevant health and safety regulations and requirements.

The HSE Manager will have:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience of auditing, risk assessments ad incident management
  • 3 years health and safety management experence within a Manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations in the UK and Ireland

This permanent position is based onsite at our Belfast headquarters.
