About

The Role

The Scheme Support Officer role is based at Caersalem House. We have a team of Scheme Support Officers and Projects Workers providing 24/7 support to individuals who are 18+ and experiencing homelessness. As a Scheme Support Officer you will support our customers in planning goals which will help them achieve the skills required to live independently. You will work interactively, engaging customers in activities and engaging with the right specialist services to address any other support needs that customers may have.

Skills and Experience Needed
  • A passion to work with and enable people to improve their skills relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
  • An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people's lives
  • A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player

A full valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential for the role. Only applicants that hold this will be considered for the role.

Pay and Pensions
  • £24,531.00 FTE (£12.75 per hour)
  • Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8-hour shift

    • Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service
