Full Time We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to support a specialist Mental Health and Enhanced Dementia unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse or senior care professional ready to take the next step in leadership, mentoring a team and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day management of the unit and lead the care team Oversee care delivery, care plans, and safe medication management Mentor, supervise, and develop staff Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audits, and inspections Support residents emotional, social, and health needs Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams Monitor infection control, health & safety, and safeguarding Requirements:
Senior nursing or senior care experience (e.g., Senior Nurse, Charge Nurse, Senior Care Assistant) Leadership and team management experience NISCC registration Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care Desirable:
Management or leadership qualification (or working towards) Experience in mental health or dementia services Benefits:
