This is a brilliant opportunity to use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families. What youll do:
Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care teams, creating a positive, compassionate working environment Oversee person-centred care plans, safeguarding, and clinical compliance Work closely with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care Participate in the on-call rota and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the unit Support training, supervision, and professional development of staff Who were looking for:
Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or General) with current NMC registration Experience managing complex dementia or mental health care Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Passionate about coaching, developing staff, and delivering exceptional person-centred care Right to work in the UK Whats on offer:
