We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team, providing quality care to our residents.
24 hours a week - x4 10am-4pm
Wellbeing Coordinator – Care HomeWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Wellbeing Coordinator to join our dedicated team and enhance the quality of life for our residents.
In this fulfilling role, you will design and deliver a varied wellbeing programme that supports residents’ physical, emotional, social and cognitive health. You will play a key part in creating a positive, engaging environment where every individual feels valued, connected and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a meaningful weekly wellbeing programme
- Support residents with one-to-one and group activities
- Promote independence, choice and dignity
- Work closely with care staff to tailor activities to individual needs
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community
- Organise themed events, celebrations and community partnerships
- Caring, empathetic and enthusiastic
- Creative with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to motivate and engage people of varying abilities
- Experience in a care, health or community setting is desirable
