We are seeking a dedicated and professional Nurse to join the team at Glenmachan Nursing Home.

• Delivering high standards of clinical and personal care
• Administering medication in line with NMC guidelines and company policy
• Developing, reviewing and updating individualised care plans
• Supervising and supporting care staff on shift
• Monitoring residents health and wellbeing and responding to any changes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Liaising with GPs, multidisciplinary teams and families

• Valid NISCC Registration
• Previous nursing experience in a care home setting is desirable
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elderly care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including nights and weekends
