Scheme Co-ordinator (Job No J487)

Belfast - Ardnaclowney House, Beechmount and schemes around the area

Job Summary

The Scheme Co-ordinator will work as part of the Homes & Communities team, providing the first point of contact to residents. This includes providing the highest level of service to our tenants in line with our internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The role generally involves both oral and written communication, providing tenant support, promoting tenant and community involvement and scheme management.

There is a requirement to be flexible in relation to service delivery, have a conscientious approach to work and a keen attention to detail.
