Deputy Manager Rowandale Care Home Carnlough We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Rowandale Care Home , a warm and welcoming residential home supporting 15 residents . About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

You will play a key role in leading and supporting the care team while helping to maintain a safe, compassionate, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Home Manager in the daily management of the home Support, supervise, and mentor care staff Ensure high standards of person-centred care are maintained Assist with staff rotas, training, and supervision Support compliance with regulatory standards and policies Promote a positive, caring culture within the home Step in to lead the home in the absence of the Home Manager when required Requirements Previous experience in a senior care role Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for delivering high-quality care to residents Good knowledge of care standards and safeguarding practices Ability to support and motivate a team
