If you enjoy speaking with people, solving problems and working in a busy office environment where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate daily bookings for nurses and healthcare assistants. Allocate available staff to shifts across care homes and NHS services. Build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Manage incoming phone calls, emails and booking requests.
Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements. Ensure all bookings and shift information are accurate and up to date. Work closely with the operations team to provide an outstanding service. Help ensure every client receives the right healthcare professional at the right time. Potential out of hours work which will include extra pay. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator with a friendly and professional manner. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Able to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure. Confident speaking to clients and healthcare professionals over the phone. A strong problem solver who enjoys finding solutions. Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks at once. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in healthcare bookings, scheduling, customer service or administration is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Why Join Carrik Care?
