Cygnet is looking for a confident Care & Support Team Leader to help deliver outstanding care at Hawkstone, Bradford. You’ll work full-time on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, with a two-week rolling rota. The role supports people with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.
We offer a salary of £15.39 per hour rising to £15.64 after 18 months, plus apprenticeship opportunities, flexible overtime, coaching, and wellbeing support.
