The Vacancy Support People to Live Independently & Stay Connected - Join our Relief Pool Within our Mental Health and Addiction Services, we support adults living with mental health needs, autism, and complex support requirements, helping them maintain their independence, build routines, and feel truly at home in their community. This is a role for someone who's compassionate, grounded, and people-focused, someone who wants to support others to lead full and meaningful lives.

Relief Project Worker
Location:
Various Locations across Northern Ireland
Hours:
Flexible, day, evening or night cover shifts. Weekdays or Weekends on an ad-hoc basis. What Does the Role Involve? As a Project Worker, you will:
Support people to live safely and confidently in their own home Provide help with daily living skills, emotional wellbeing, and personal care (where required) Get involved in planning community events and group activities Assist with medication, appointments, budgeting, and healthy routines Work shifts on a rota including early and late shifts (with full training and support) You'll also have opportunities to build long-term relationships with the people you support, celebrating milestones, helping them through challenges, and being a key part of their everyday life.
