Job Overview

Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity for 12 months to cover substantive post holders maternity leave.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.

• Support safe, effective pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Work with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support workers delivering a well‑respected Pharmacotherapy Service.
• Engage with the multidisciplinary team in hospital, community pharmacy and care homes settings to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care.

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
• Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
